Club McCarthy called to hear if i want to renew my subscription, the person on the phone said it is R40pm and when I said I do not want it anymore since I haven't used it a year, he asked me why I do not want to renew my subscription to which I replied it is a personal matter. The person on the phone then asked me "Can't you afford R40pm? " I find this absolutely rude!!!
