Cheese festival- Disappointment

My wife and i went to the cheese and wine festival at Stellenbocsh as we wanted to experience the taste of different kinds of wines. There are hundreds of different cheeses but yet if there were ten different cheeses it would be much. The only thing that was different was the brands but the cheeses were the normal ones you would find in any shop. Even the wines were the normal cheap wines that we were use to finding everywhere. We thought we would experience what it is like having new cheese and wine and what ones goes great with what foods. We experienced that some of the stands did not even have the knowledge of their product. Guys please get you act together as we are paying for a product that you do not deliver on.
