Empty promises - no service

Every month I pay my subscription fee without any hesitation, knowing that when I need assistance I will get it!! Huge mistake!!!

Firstly I was referred to a 0861 25 24 23 - NO ANSWER on this line for 48 minutes.
Contacted (012) 644 300 on 3 different occasions - they promised that I will receive a call in a few minutes.

My first phone call today started at 9:00 - 6 hours later and I have not been helped by ANY person from Solidarity.
