What a circus

I have a shop and a standing order. We used to get our delivery around 9am... lately
we are lucky to get it by 1pm. WHY WHY WHY???
My customers are almost constantly going off about my shop not having bread. (Sasko bread)

I didn't ever receive ANY bread today. When I phoned to enquire as to why it is taking SO long today,
I was informed that I should have been notified that there will be NO 2nd delivery today.
I HAVEN'T EVEN RECEIVED THE FIRST ONE!!! I have also been waiting almost
an hour for somebody to let me know Why I didn't receive my order. Must I change to Pick and Pay or
Checkers before I get any kind of service from you???

I don't know what to do anymore.
The drivers always have an excuse for being late.

Be sure that I will be putting up a notice to inform the community that Sasko is the problem and NOT ME.
