Audi scratched twice and bad workman ship

We bought this Audi from Audi Somerset West, Cape Town. From day one we had bad service and poor workmanship. Before we received the car mid September 2013 it went in to remove small marks on the front grill and bonnet. When the car came back from the panel beaters it came back not looking good at all with paint runners on the grill and colour which didn't match. It went back to the panel beaters to re-do the work. After one week it came back and we were super excited only to find a scratch on the rare! It went back again to fix what they damaged so we had to wait again. At last we had the car for the first time. We took the car back several times about a rattle, wind noise and the clutch making a noise. We booked it in when it was a suitable time for us and them. After 5 days we received it back and the noise on the clutch was worse and with a lovely scratch on the bonnet! We have had enough.
