Fly By Night Company???

On 11 November 2012 during the look & feel good expo at Coca Cola Dome I met 3 enthusiastic sales people whom one was the owner of Alternative Timber Mark. He immediately took my order for 2 bar stool set and sent a mail as confirmation. On the 29th of November I received confirmation that my order was in the factory and ready to be manufactured. I raised concerns in regards to not receiving a pro forma invoice and again received confirmation not to be alert its common. I received a call the following day from a lady confirming delivery address and all other detail to issue correct invoice. Till date I have not received the invoice nor the stock. The strangest of all is that they looked professional and overeager however it seems this was merely a burst of energy as they are not the type of company you can count on. If this is the service received prior to receiving stock you can imagine the frustration you will go through if ever you need to call upon the guarantee.
