Worst service ever battery centre balito

I am on holliday at Westbrook. This mornin I phone battery centre westbrook to come and deliver a new battery for me. The old one is a sealed unit and wont jump start. The person answering the phone said there is a r 350 call out fee plus vat. Westbrook is 8 kilos from balito. That is a cost of r21 a kilo, worked out for the return trip as well. Outrages.
Do they charge aa tarrif times eight.

I phoned the call centre and told them they are out of their minds. This is the first and last time i am trying to do business with battery centre.
