Quering complaints

After reading all the reports on BMW dealers in South Africa totaling about 440 of which about 435 are bad complaints what is BMW Germany doing about them. as manufacturers of one of the 3 most prestigious German vehicles do they not care about the bad publicity they are receiving in SA. i have also experienced some bad service from a BMW dealer but decided against complaining as BMW does not respond to complaints on this platform nor directly to the client.
