Bad Service

I had Paul come in to re-gas my bedroom aircon. I have had other company's come in who have said they do not want to work on the unit as it is too old. When Paul arrived I told him the case and he assured me they specialise in these units and he CAN FIX IT.

The unit only lasted 24hrs and the gas was all gone.
He returned the next day to find another leak they missed.
This only lasted 24hrs again. I waited 2-3 weeks for him to return.

On return he told me he cannot fix the unit. I have asked for a refund on just the "repair of the leak" and he is refusing. I do not believe this is good service when he assured me he can fix the unit. I feel like they jumped into a job to make a quick cash and now do not want to be responsible when he gave a bad evaluation of the unit.
