Poor service and false advertising

I requested an overnight delivery of a 2kg package for which I paid R425 on monday20/01/2014.By 23/01/2014 at 10:45 the package had still not been delivered, despite this being a "over-night" delivery. I am very disappointed by the false advertising and poor service delivered by Post Net (Cape Gate).
