Faulty car and not roadworthy

I am sorry to do this but I am very disappointed. I had hoped that we could resolve this privately but i always get an excuse as to why we can't discuss my car. I've been sold a lemon car that has had problems from the get go. Now that I need to sell it back a few short months later due to the unexpected repair costs that I am facing, not to mention that I don't know how it passed roadworthy within hours cause a broken tail light with a hole in it and water in one of the lights is not roadworthy and the brakes were far thinner than legally allowed, I am being avoided. I have been asking for a while if we can have a look at the broken things and issues with the car. I need to bring it back cause I cannot afford its costs being in such bad condition all around. I was to about a full service history too. It does not have a full service history. It has missed several important services. It's leaking oil and not performing to the level that it should. I traded in a Yaris with a custom professional sound system in total worth at least 58K, then I paid in 5K and got a car barely worth 35K at the end of the day.
