My experience with Hyundai Weltevreden:
At the 90000km service:
My car was booked in for the 7th of January 2014. I took my car in in the morning just before 8am, and they said that, as normal - the car will be finished before 5pm that day. At 15:20 they phoned me and said that they are still busy with the car, but they will phone me when it is done.
Five o'clock came and went with no news from the dealership. I phoned them at 17:27, with no answer (obviously), and finally got a call back from Minette at 17:31 saying that the cambelt that they had ordered had been the wrong one. It was for a 1.6 instead of a 2.0l, thus the cambelt is too big. She just said that she does not want to give me the car back because it is the wrong part and it will cause damage. She also asked if it is okay for me to leave the car there, but that it will be done the next morning (8 Jan) at 09:00 definitely. I agreed, seeing that I did not really have a choice in the matter and knowing that if I get my car at 09:00 I would still be able to make an appointment at 10:00. There was nothing offered to me in case I did not have any means of transport the next day, but I thought it would be okay if
