My car went for Mechanical repair for 3months

Dear Hallo Peter,
My name is Anele Ngobe, I have a Kia Sportage, registration no FMS 072 MP and in October it had a mechanical fault, am disappointed by Kia-Multi Franchise Nelspruit. It took Kia 3months to fix a mechanical fault on the car, I was not given even a courtesy car. On the 16th of January 2014 I called Kia Customer care, spoke to Branden Braaf threatening to go to the Media for the poor service that Kia gave me, an hour later Shaul from Kia- Multi Franchise Nelspruit called and told me that my car was ready two weeks ago and no one called me. I collected my car on the 16th of January 2014 and Kia-Multi Franchise Nelspruit didn't even give me a report on what was wrong with the car. Now I want an apology from Kia and I want them to pay for the costs that I have incurred. I have written report explain what happened in detail.
Your help will be greatly appreciated please assist me in getting the justice I deserve.
