I had a mechanical breakdown with my Kia Rio registration no CG 54 VF GP on the 07th of January 2014. Kia informed me that it will take up to 4 weeks to fix my car, in the meantime they are refusing to compensate me with a courtesy car for the period that my car will be in for repairs. But it is their mechanical fault that caused the breakdown and now I am suffering the consequences, and I am expected to pay for a car that I am not driving because of their mechanical fault.
