On the 16 January 2014, my car (Kia Picanto 2011) was brought into the tygerberg multi franchise stikland branch at about 12 - 1pm. I had bad poor service from this dealership, all they had to do was cut and programme me a new key, which is a 2-3hr job max. yet i could only get my car 4 days later 20 January 2014. i explained the urgency hereof but still to no avail nothing has been done. i arranged for the tow truck to collect my car, only to hear that the service consultant does not want to release my car and was at the verge of stripping my car just to keep it there.

this situation was stressful and unprofessional. i will never ever use the service of the stikland branch ever again!!!
When i have complained all i was told was that they thank me for reporting as it will only improve there services, and there was a lack of communication!!!
