Inapropriate behaviou

So I was running into the salon to aquire a price list for perming my hair, when first I had to wait for the receptionist to finish talking on her cellphone with her current lover, and then had to stand there listening to her snort, yes, snort and actually laughed at me when I asked about the perm! I do not see what my current age, which is 21, has to do with what I want to do with my hair, if I wanted her rude opinion I would have asked her what she thinks I should do. Not only is it unprofesional to snort and laugh at a potential customer, it is offensive and rude. I honestly think she should be send for people skills classes or something because she really upset me with her actions.
