Unauthorized debit orde

I have been debited by a company that i have never heard of since 25.04.2011 they take R68 more than once a month. I don know how they got my bank details and i dont even know what this company is about. Their contact number is 0313041141 i spoke to a lady by the name of Ntombi n she gave me a ref no:, i need this to be resolves ASAP, n i want my money back from these people. They should stop our hard earned cash.
