Really bad after sale service

Hello Peter,

I bought a second hand car from the dealership about 6 month ago. The car needed some cosmetic repairs that was listed when i bought it and also one or two other problems when i drove it that i reported.

Over the 6 months one or two of the problems have been sorted but i still have outstanding faults. I have to always call them to find out what is happening and they tell me that they will make arrangement to have it done but i don't hear from them again.

Also the sales person that i reported all my problem to has left the company and now when i ask them for a list of all my problem that i reported say just tell me that the did not now of my problems so it looks like they don't keep any records of the faults reported to them.

i have had about 3 calls from there call centre and i have told them that I'm not happy with there service and all the the person can say to me is that they are sorry but i don't get any call back regarding my problems.

so i am now tied of running after them getting bad service. this is the reason i am writing this here hoping i would get some feed back from them.
