Purchase of 150cc bigboy

Hi

i purchased a big boy scooter in january this year from Big boy in walmer port elizabeth.

upon purchase no one was friendly as to sale.
when i sent the scooter in for the 500km check up i reported the petrol cap was falling apart and there was rust on the bike.
nothing was done to correct the problems
i then spoke to the owner of bigboy and he said he would fix it but nothing was done.
i took bike back at 3000km and reported it again to them the rust, petrol cap and then the live wire that started melting and the one pipe that was melting on the scooter.

till today nothing has been done big boy head office has been emailed a month ago and still no luck from them and then they dont seem to worry about the problems i have had since day 1

a friend of mine bought from them recently and then they take the money and treat her the same not friendly dont fix problem.
i am really shocked with the bad service and the fact they cant replace the bike due to the faults
