Bought an ps4 from deal4u. Recieved a proforma invoice n did payment via EFT. Was promised delivery of the console the next day. Lady i was dealing with notifies me that the package has been picked up and provides a tracking number. Package did not arrive and then courier company sends me an email saying I have to pay customs at CPT airport. Then the company (deal4u) asks for 7 days to gain funds to clear customs. There is no customs if an item comes from CPT to dbn. Be careful of internet shopping. Any advice as to how I can get my money back?
