Can this be true???

My daughter and hubby bought a florid from this dealership. Wrong move!! This was about 1 Dec 2013. Sales pitch was: we will put a tracker in for you and new tires and nice mags! Upon receiving the final contract - guess who paid for that?! Dishonesty!! Salesrep knew they were new buyers, They didn't have a deposit and were told that it is fine. The dealership will take the money from another deal to cover their deposit. (huh??) Driving with this piece of rubbish, all the lights inside the vehicle would go off and other faults (bearings). This was repaired with a lot of telephone calls and at the speed of a turtle. This was a continual thing. This vehicle hasn't skipped a week without going to the dealership. Last week, my daughter was driving 80km and the vehicle just died. Imagine if this happened on the freeway!!! Vehicle went in again last week. Alternator or starter motor... When they were so fed up last month and wanted to give this piece of back, they were intimidated by Mark and Wimpy. They were told that if they give the car back, they have to pay the deposit. Seriously!!! We contacted Clinton but still no joy. Very Angry Mother and Grandmother!!!
