Lack of delivery!

So I purchased a vehicle from Cayenne Kyalami, being a motorcycle dealer I had my doubts about them but they assured me good dealership service.
BUT to my guts expectations after purchasing the vehicle, they have not been able to communicate and deliver on time "deal done move on' attitude I have been experiencing from them.

Firstly I bought the car over two months ago and still have not received the registration for it, now for the second time since I got the vehicle I am driving with an expired permit. I have been waiting for the registrations and still nothing not even communication, even though I try from my side.

Secondly the vehicle bought is still under motor plan which hasn't been changed from to the new owner ME, I paid money for the plan exchange and YEP it's all wasteful now thanks to Cayenne. Spoke to the Dealer manager and nothing has been done in regards to both issues, he hasn't even responded.

Thirdly they sold me a car with a dead battery now giving me problems, I really feel they are an incompetent dealership if they cannot service their customers after sales. "deal done move on" attitude.
