Me and my wife received the most ridiculous explanation when her car was evaluated as an option for a trade-in. The car was evaluated R10000, 00 less than its current value, and not because of the faults it has, and the reason we were provided is because they have "similar cars in stock". A 2011 Hyundai i20 1.4, which we were hoping to trade in for a 2012 Hyundai Accent 1.6, and from the same dealership we bought ours from.

What happened to customer service? and what happened to trying to keep your customers/clients? This is probably our last Hyundai, if they treat customers like this. I don't think I'll ever recommend this brand or dealership, if this is how they treat their loyal customers.

I now wonder if that decision was based on race, attitude of the day, or if this happens to other people out there.
