During the December holidays my husband and I came across a stray, in the pouring rain, scared out of his mind.

I picked him up, fed him, dried him and phoned the SPCA Germiston Bedfordview (it was a Sunday) for assistance as I couldn't keep him. Hope was on duty and he was extremely helpful, waited for us to deliver the stray and had a little kennel with a warm blanket, food and fresh water waiting.

Hope took all my details and assured me that he would look after the little guy.. I am happy to report that this stray was found by his family :) Yay!

Hope was great! A real asset to the branch... cool and calm and very friendly.
