UNFAIR TREATMENT

Since my laptop was taken away in june for repairs and insurance papers submitted no response despite my follow up to homechoice. however monthly installment is still being deducted. i really need answers i cannot pay for something im not using. can homechoice please stop sending me their magazine as per my request and also remove me from their marketing services, im tired of being inundated with calls whereas my complain is not addressed.
