Very very poor custumer Car service

I went to Kia menlyn two times now early in the morning to stand in a queue to service my car that had a booking. Each time they show me away to come a next time because they never activated my service plan that I paid for when I bought the car. This is very poor service. I will never buy a kia again. I m happy with the car but the service people cant do there job. Kia now tells me that I must drive all the way to Middelburg Mpumalanga from Pretoria Gauteng to service my car at the Kia that I bought it from, because Kia Middelburg dont want to give an interm order to Kia Menlyn to service my car here in Pretoria. The salesmen from Kia Middelburg never activated my service plan and now no one in the whole Kia cant help me to service my car. Each time they have some kind of excuse.
