BAD SERVICE

I was supposed to get my parcel from dhl 3 days ago. It was paid for and customs was cleared, but when the parcel arrived in cape town, it sat for a day and then was flown back to jhb. here it still sits (2 days now) and it was supposed to be delivered to cape town. No one can tell me why or where exactly it is. And this after I paid a lot of money to get it from Germany via dhl. Very shoddy service indeed.
Am actually expecting it to be in Japan when I phone again.
should have used the good old post office.
