I went to Waltons to exchange a disfuntional item. I went to the front cashier and was told to go to the queue after telling them that I wanted to exchange or refund. When I got to the front of the queue I was told they couldn't help me. I asked who could, they said some guy in the back. I said ok call him. They told me he was busy and I must wait. After 15 mins I asked if the person even knew I was waiting - the cashier just looked at me as if I were stupid.By this time my 3 year old was getting upset and bored, they didn't seem to care. After another 15 minutes I got really upset and spoke to another lady who came out the back of the store. She had no idea who I was waiting for or why and just told me to swap the item. No slip no queries - why didn't they just do this on the first place? The whole store is disorganised and chaotic. I will never support Waltons again.
