Pathetic Service

On the 18th of December 2013 purchased a vehicle at Kia Stellenbosch. On the 13th of January 2014 when going to traffic department to allocate my private plates to the new vehicle I stood there with an ashamed face only to find out that the vehicle has never been registered on my name and no lisence has yet been drawn on the vehicle. The temp lisence that I received had also expired. After phoning them to do their jobs im still struggling for two days to get my lisence im still waiting because someone at their head office only came in late to sign the cheque. Two days of my leave that I wont get back due to people thats not doing their job properly. Still waiting on them cos now the person that fetched the cheque decided to firstly go to Cape Town while im situated in Wellington.
