No Regrests on Purchasing an Audi

On the 13 January 2014 I had a puncture, one of the wheel nuts didn't want to come off and it was stripping the lock-nut. I called Audi Assist to help me get the wheel nut off, I spoke to Chester and man he is very helpful. It is little things like promising to call back in 10 minutes and actually calling back in 10 minutes not 1 hour. So I am happy that my tyre was replaced and Chester thanks a mil for continuously contacting me to keep me on the loop. I am over the moon!!
