Accident waiting to happen

Many emails to christine and phone calls went unanswered. On Wednesday I called the Mangwanani Spa (Sibaya) to change the gown size for my husband to XL as XL was the biggest size shown on the booking confirmation. On Wed night I received a call to confirm my booking and again reminded the lady to ensure the gown size was changed to XL. My husband was given a size medium gown to use (which was too small for him). He was given XL, then XXL. The XXL gown was so worn that it was shocking that it was still in use. we missed the welcoming (which we were looking forward to) We get to the reception room, we had to go look for a table that was vacant, Whilst having the foot massage my husband and the lady next to me told the ladies massaging that the gazebo is not secured and it could fly off. Nothing was done. 15 min into my massage the gazebo flew off narrowly missing my face and hit full into my glass, breaking the glass and spilling the juice and breaking the glass. No manangement on site. i lost out on the full treatment tym 4 my foot, hubby n I. No water bottles given, we had to ask. went for next treatment with wet underwear. not a pleasant feeling.
