I sent an email to the address [Email Removed] noted on the website [URL Removed] for complaints, and never received a response. 5 days later I sent another email and have still not received a response. The original complaint is outlined below:
Good morning,

My car wouldn't start this morning after stopping at a petrol station to fill up. I tried for several minutes to use the ignition to start the car but it didn't work. Then the petrol attendant helped me by pushing my car to the nearest hill where I attempted multiple times to push start my car. Unfortunately this didn't work either and eventually I decided to ask the AA for assistance for the first time since I bought a membership for myself and my girlfriend. I used the recommended app and I got notifications saying that an sms was sent and delivered. I then waited about half an hour with no response from the AA. Then I tried calling the AA and was put through to a consultant who assisted me, but I find it unacceptable that the service provided by using the app didn't seem to work at all. Thankfully I wasn't in any danger or injured this time, but what if I had been?
