Complaint about my car not being repaired properly

My car was at the mechanic for two months and the insurance didn't even care about making follow-up or pushing the mechanic to finish the car, I was without a car to travel to work, when I finally got the car, I found out that the car had not been fully repaired, when I called Mi-way Insurance was informed I have to write an email, they will call me back, it was Monday morning I have to push start the car for me to drive, the power steering is not working, my music system is not working, so I didn't even get any reply from my emails, how am I suppose to travel to work when I have to push start the car, I feel that Mi-way insurance is giving us false information when they say they do things our way while they do it their, they don't care about our safety while they deduct my money every month, now I have to call the mechanic and complain while the insurance is doing nothing, I have decided to cancel my contract with Mi-Way Insurance and get an Insurance that will deliver customer service.
