Best Salesman Ever!

It's unfortunate that Audi SA is not a responding company but I will write my compliment anyway.

A few months ago I started a journey of shopping for a car, after meeting so many different unhelpful dealers/sales people in the Western Cape I was referred to Grant Rusten at Audi-waterfront by my Banker.

Best salesperson ever! Serving me with a great attitude, advising me on a lot of things I was clueless about including how I can save money on this sale. He even went as far as giving me a nice discount even after there was a price increase.

This guy was patient and excited about the sale as much as I was, he went out of his way to update me about the progress of the order whenever it reached a different stage. Even took pictures for me when the car arrived at the dealership. I enjoyed every moment whenever I came to view my car while waiting for the delivery, he would take time off from his desk and show off the car.

All in all, I had a great experience dealing with Grant Rusten right through till the delivery day.
