Pathetic money from my ca

Took my car for service this morning. I was late and rushed out of the car. I had a R200.00 note on my passenger seat. As I took my bag while driving I saw it fell on the floor. When I went in to register my car I forgot to pick it up. In my ashtray theirs always loose money to, tip the petrol attendants. After leaving Toyota I then remembered the money I immediately called.

Guess what? As expected they did not see it. Fine. Now I am at home and checked my ashtray also empty. How low can people go. The receptionist never went with me to check my car like Martie always does. She sat and helped the next person. I was assisted by Ankia today not as friendly and energetic like Martie. I am so angry and disappointed I have never experience such service at this place.
