Bad Service!

For nearly the last 100 000km I serviced my Toyota at McCarthy Centurion and all was exhalent! Now Yesterday 29/11/2013 it just was unacceptable. Firstly the floor service was very slow, waited nearly 25min to get my vehicle handed over to dealer to service on floor with 3 vehicles in front of me. Secondly I needed to tell and inform the person at Toyota that I need to sign the paperwork for handover. Thirdly when receiving my vehicle back the bonnet was not closed and service book not put back in Toyota Sheave holder and just lying on passenger seat. Fourthly, in the ash trey bucket behind the toll slips (taking up 2/3) I always leave nearly R300 for emergencies namely for diesel, pills or medical expense if something happens to me on construction site. As fait would have it after collection toyota I needed to obtain diesel whereby the money was gone! So all said SORRY TOYOTA YOU GOT IT WRONG and UNACCEPTABLE.I drove all the way from Steelpoort (Limpopo) to service but I will not again over pay weekend!
