I Bought a car from the Pre-Owned and have now been waiting 3 weeks to receive my Lisence disk from them. It expired on 31 August 2013. I received confirmation from them today that they have eventually received my Lisence disk. I also had to Remind and Follow up the whole time, nothing from the Sales person.
I asked if it can be delivered to my work, and the sales person said that he will see if there is a driver that comes this way, and that they dont often come here.
This meaning that i must drive there and collect it myself.
Why do they charge all the Admin fees and Value added products if they do not even try and help with something as simple as this.
I would really not recomend this Dealer to Anyone if this is their attitude towards their customers.
They were eager when i showed interest in buying a car, and they helped quickly to send the OTP and also were very wuick to follow up on when the deposit will be paid, but once i received the car, the service was terible.
