I was billed for using some Toll roads. I got a Statement and I asked SANRAL for details of the gantry passes and vehicle details that tied up to the Statement. Three times, they have replied with information that does not tie up, and the 4th request is still unanswered after about a week. Clearly, they have no idea of what is going on themselves!!! I would strongly suggest that all users insist on details of charges being billed before making any payments. It appears from the lack of reponse that Sanral is now drowning under queries.
