WRONG PERSON

I received a threatening sms in December to say I owe R354 for using the NI in December and that I have been handed over to VPC for collection. Phoned them to ask them how to pay the accoutn since I did use the Ni in December and I don't live in Gauteng so I dont need a etag...

Call senter advised me that it was not meant for me and that I will still recieve my sms... So how can they sent some elses sms to my number?
