In-ability to register valid eTag on-line

I have a valid eTag purchased from Checkers which fails to register on-line. The message indicates "eTag does not exist" which is a lot of cods-wallop as I have it in my hand.

I raised the complaint more than three (3) weeks ago and after three follow-ups from myself there is still no resolution - just Case in Progress from [Email Removed] "
