Get an eTag! Make a plan - that is what the ANC tells the people of the country.

Try to get an eTag and make use of the delivery service. They communicated that the eTag will be delivered to my house within 48 Hours. Several DAYS later and no eTag. But wait... We'll log a complaint for you and take 3-5 days to respond to you. How do you take longer to respond to the complaint than you were originally suppose to take to deliver the item in the first place.

The call centre agent has NO clue! He cannot help, cannot tell me what to do nor get the problem resolved. Like a robot - "Following procedure". How do we train people not to think?

Moral of the story - I still don't have my eTag, nor a plan or date indication as to when I'll have it.
