Second time same mistake on the same house to me its incompitant employees and customer suffer from these, I paid for a meter application done at same time in October last comes November due to move nothing has done, it took her another 2 weeks to get meter installed and she never registered it after I asked her nicely the procedure as I am still new, she said she will sort everything out I must relax she went on leave without sorting my problem out until, she only came back on the 6th of January then she keep on saying she will sort out nothing was done, eventurly I went to customer Rivonia it took them 5 hours to get me sorted.
