Bad service and attitude

I have been using evening star for a while now - but since the new supervisor took over the service has been bad.
The turn around time getting longer - and the past 2 occasion my ironing wasn't done properly - came out with more creases than when it went in.
Today I had enough as I waited 5 days for 3kg of ironing - I opened the packet in from of the staff and they did agree that it was not ironed properly. They did volunteer to redo it- but after 5 days I had enough -and at 3.30 the day before holidays I didn't' have time or enough clothes to see me thru the next few days. I told them I could not wait - paid them and left. But as I was walking out the door the supervisor decided it was appropriate to bad mouth me to her staff - and say I should not go back - your wish has been granted - I will not be back.
I wish the owner would contact me so I can explain what has been going on there since the new person took ove
