REFUND

I canclled my policy with Leagal Exact and they still debitted my account after confirmation of my cancellation was confirmed, according to Rommel he said to me that my refund was made and he will email proof of payment to me but to date nothing, at later stage spoke to Damian and he said he would process refund but to date NOTHING, I called the office on numerous occasions and couldn't get hold of anyone.. I never received such bad service in my life, Pathetic is not the word!!! I just want this issue to be resolved as they must refund the amount of R648 according to rommel's calculations when he gave figures to damian. I want feedback before COB today. I called the offices this morning and they told me damian will be in at 9 and rommel just stpped out, when I called now at 09:25 they said to me damiam will only be available on wednesday and rommel on thursday! Pls your assitance will be higly appreciated to resolve this matter.
