White Ecoventures 10 out of 10!!!

A HUGE thank you to Harry and all the staff at White Ecoventures in Gansbaai.

I was there today, with 3 Russian guests and from the moment we arrived it was evident that we were in very good hands. On arrival we were given a very adequate, light breakfast and the necessary forms to complete. After everybody who was booked was accounted for we started our briefing with our tour-guide, Harry, who was very informative and went a long way to putting everybody well at ease (before we climbed into the water with the planet's ultimate predator).

Once we were on the water a few minutes later and in the skipper's very capable hands it was everything but plain sailing, as the weather decided it was not going to play along with out diving plans. Never-the-less we persevered and were successful in getting in the water and seeing at least 3 Great White up close and personal, before the decision was taken that conditions were quickly becoming too dangerous to stay out any longer and we headed back to the safety of the harbour.

On our return we were greeted with wonderful home-made lasagne and salad and something to drink.
