Further to my complaint of 5 January, we have now discovered that out of the 4 cars we have registered 2 tags have been captured with incorrect registration numbers so we are paying for other peoples cars whilst we have been off the road for a month.

We want to de-register all of the cars now and get our money back before it's loaned to more strangers!

Call centre is shocking. Website doesn't work with supplied PIN and what the heck is your 16 digit account number, supposedly on the top right of your invoice? Non-existent!
