Dear Sanral, how am I supposed to manage my accounts and balances etc. when your website is continuously down for days on end and I still get docked money for using toll gantries? No notices, no communication, frankly this is embarrassing service. This tolling scheme definitely doesn't seem to be functioning as intended and we are only one month into service...
