A long wait with no customer service

Hi I ordered a book 16.12.2012 in letter confirming it will be dispatched within 5 weeks so after 1 month of waiting I decided to write an email to their customer service. I received an email from June Gonsalves. She wrote me I should wait another 2-3 weeks with no apology. I replied to her again and asked what's the delay and received no response. Only a week later I received an email saying June is on leave. I then received an email from Masego Phayane confirming the book was delayed in the UK. It's been more than 3 weeks now after the fact that I was promised my book.

This is utter and total bad service! Having to wait 1month and then another 3weeks without any book is a breach of contract since their website states 5 weeks for delivery. I needed this book for my studies and classes already started for the Masters programme at my university.

Frustrated and disgusted!
