Oil Leak

Took my car to Electron Auto Centre for water and oil leak. After rendering of the service I paid a bill of R3000.00 for parts and labour. The car still leak water and oil. Took the car to other mechanic and her replace the water housing that I was charge for in the first place. The car leaks now more oil than ever. When Contact Jaco he is never available and never return my calls. All I want is for I'm to refund my money.
