Incorrect registration numbe

Please explain how the did you get a registration number on my account that does not belong to me@!

Registration number KVX836GP does not belong to me or my wife and yet you bill me for this registration number that appear on my transaction report dated 2014/01/02

The e-tag for one of my vehicles does not work, we tried it today. That's how I saw that you my account!!
I see and duly note that your system are rubbish and therefore I do not have faith in your system anymore.

Now I see my Account Status indicate that it is Suspended, Why??? my account is up to date!
